• Wellness exams: during a wellness visit, we offer a complete physical exam, a review of your medical history, family history, and medications. You are encouraged to bring up any concerns that you may be having. We provide cancer screenings, such as Pap smears, and can provide you with an order for a mammogram. Prescriptions will be provided for any medications you may need, as well as orders for age appropriate screenings, such as Cologuard and DEXA scans. Shared decision-making is always the focus of our care, and care is provided in a sensitive manner. Exams are offered adolescence through menopause. 

Wellness visits are typically 45 minutes long. If you have multiple concerns and feel that you will need additional time, please mention this when scheduling. 

• Gynecology problems: we are happy to see you for UTIs, yeast infections, breast concerns, pain, period concerns, PCOS, and other problems. 

• Preconception visits: we'll discuss your overall health, medical history, medications and supplements, genetic history, nutrition, and timing of pregnancy. We'll review how to track when you are most likely to be fertile. If indicated, screening tests and lab work can be ordered. Preconception visits are available in person or by telehealth.
